Mix the following:

Recipe Steps

1. Preparing the marinade

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.

2. Marinating the beef

Add thinly sliced ribeye steak to the marinade mixture, making sure all sides of the meat are coated evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preparing vegetables

In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Add sliced zucchini, carrots, and green onions, tossing to coat evenly.

4. Grilling the beef

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the beef from marinade, letting excess liquid drip off. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

5. Assembling Bulgogi

Transfer grilled beef to a serving platter or individual plates. Arrange kimchi and vegetables around the meat in a single layer. Serve immediately.
